Tasting Notes

Our GABF award-winning Prohibition Ale is the first beer we brewed and bootlegged back in 1997. Pouring a seductive ruby, the lush and complex aroma teases the senses with hints of baking spices, dark dried fruit, and candied caramel malts. The decedent, velvety mouthfeel is accompanied by a bountiful balance of hops from the Pacific Northwest creating a distinguishing bitterness on the finish that’ll change any “dry” man’s mind.
