Hunters Point Fresh: Bayview Brut IPA Release

With the tides and trends of San Francisco, we’ve brewed Speakeasy Ales & Lager’s first Brut IPA. A beer style invented in the Sunset District will be released as the second release of the Hunters Point Fresh IPA Series.

A simple malt bill highlighting the biscuity notes of Barke Pils, Breiss Pilsen, & Admiral Maltings Seven, allows for the hops to dominate in this release. With this innovative, experimental, & enzymatic beer style, we’ve kept the hops just as contemporary, employing Exp 04190 and Exp 06300. Get ready for notes of stone fruit, orange, and anise to give you a slight herbalness in this bone-dry IPA.
